Stucco Cleaning - Brentwood Tn - House Washing / Soft Washing
Another one of our beloved Pressure Washing customers in the Brentwood area.
Their home had a black algae covering the front in splotches, so we applied a Softwashing technique with a very high concentrate to remove the deep set in stains.
This project took all day as expected, but after a couple adjustments to our chemical ratios it started to come clean quick!
Stucco is always an interesting animal when it comes to getting it clean. Because its so porus, you can count on it wanting to hold onto whatever algae it has, so you have to be gentle with pressure and somewhat coerce the algae out with good chemicals and a good rinse.
